Supplied and installed, or installed only
Most customers want the floor supplied and laid as one job, and that is what we quote by default — the product, the preparation and the installation in a single price, with one contact and one invoice.
If you already have your material, or you are a builder or retailer with your own supply, we will install on material you provide. Say so when you enquire and the quote is priced that way.
What a job looks like
- You tell us the address, the rooms or approximate area, and what you have in mind
- We attend a site measure and assess the subfloor
- You get a fixed quote — material and labour itemised, with any preparation priced separately
- The crew is booked and the job completed
- We invoice on completion
Crew capacity
Installation is delivered by an established Melbourne flooring installation business with ten or more crews. Oakline Floors is the contracting and coordinating party.
That partner has confirmed spare capacity, which is why we are taking on new work now rather than putting you on a waiting list.
Entity, ABN and insurance
Oakline Floors trades under Elite Care and Services Group Pty Ltd, ABN 89 694 818 641, ACN 694 818 641, an Australian private company.
Public liability cover is confirmed with the installing crew before a job is booked. If your onboarding needs a certificate of currency, White Card details or an induction, ask and we will supply them before the job is scheduled.

Quotes
We quote after a site measure. What the job costs depends on the product, the fixing method, the area and the condition of the subfloor, so we do not publish a rate — a number given before anyone has seen the floor is a number that changes.
The quote is fixed, itemised, and in writing before any work starts.
